    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Ciao a tutti da Giacomo, Amber! Siamo sempre stati i tipi da "viaggio lento". Niente corse da un’attrazione all’altra, ma tanta voglia di goderci la natura dall'interno, assaporando ogni tramonto e ogni sentiero con calma. Ecco perché, qualche tempo fa, abbiamo comprato il nostro amatissimo camperino! Tuttavia quest'anno la nostra famiglia si è allargata con l'arrivo dei nostri due bimbi, al momento la nostra "avventura" più spericolata è sopravvivere alla notte e gestire il caos felice di casa! Ecco perché abbiamo dovuto premere temporaneamente il tasto "pausa" sulle nostre vecchie abitudini e sui nostri viaggi in strada.
