    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Service fee: €100, deducted from the paid deposit (vehicle handover and return, camper instruction, bed linen, towels, gas, AdBlue, cleaning supplies, and chemical toilet detergents).The fee does not include vehicle cleaning costs. Cleaning is charged additionally if the vehicle is not returned in its original condition.

Airport transfer available for an additional fee of €20 per one-way trip.

Delivery of the vehicle to a specified location is possible for an additional fee.
