    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Nous fournissons un balais, torchons, produit vaisselle, éponges, papier toilette spécial WC chimique, produit ménager, gants pour vider la cassette, dosette pour WC chimique.
Le lit est équipé d'une couette, un drap housse, et deux oreillers ainsi qu'un plaid.
Le véhicule est équipé de stores sur toute les fenêtres et ouvertures ainsi que de moustiquaires.

Le plein de gasoil et d'eau propre sera fait avant votre départ.

Une explication du fonctionnement du véhicule et des appareils sera effectuée avant votre départ afin que vous puissiez pleinement profiter de votre séjour.

Possibilité de laisser votre véhicule sur place.
Le plein de gasoil doit être fait et les vidanges des eaux grise et noire doivent être effectuées lors de la restitution du fourgon.
