Heizung und Warmwasser mit Gas, Steckdosen im Wohnbereich und auch im Bad. Küche mit 4-Flammen-Gaskocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülbecken, Gaswarner, Mülleimer, 4 Dachluken, alle Fenster zum Verdunkeln und mit Fliegengitter. Große Heckgarage, Alkovenbett z. T. nach oben klappbar und durch Vorhänge abtrennbar, mit Wechselrichter 12 V / 230 V.
