Good conduct guide

Our motorhome is always delivered at check-in time ready for you to fully enjoy your stay and trip, prioritizing your autonomy and comfort, but we count on your sensitivity at check-out time, so we describe below how you should proceed at the time of delivery. Pets are allowed but smoking is not permitted. If this is not the case, you should check the applicable fees.

The exterior: Any damages are reported in the user manual provided with the motorhome. Any damages that arise after the rental are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid voluntarily or will be deducted from the amount of the deposit. The same applies if it is not delivered properly washed. At check-in, the motorhome will be delivered properly cleaned.

The interior: It is washed and sanitized after each rental, including the floor, benches, table, cabinets, refrigerator, stove and sink. Any damage is reported in the user manual provided in the motorhome. At check-out, the motorhome must be in the same clean condition and without any additional damage. If non-compliance is found, the tenant must pay the fees or damages voluntarily or the deposit will be deducted from the deposit.

Upholstery and mattress: These are delivered disinfected and sanitized, so special attention is requested. Their condition will be checked at check-in and they must be in the same condition at check-out. If this is not the case, the tenant must pay the corresponding fee voluntarily or it will be deducted from the deposit amount.

The clean water tank: This is delivered to each rental completely full at check-in, and the same must be done at check-out, so it must be topped up before delivery. If non-compliance is verified, the tenant must pay the fixed fee voluntarily or the same amount will be deducted from the deposit amount.

The sewage tank: This is delivered to each rental completely empty at check-in, and the same must happen at check-out, so it must be emptied before handing over. If non-compliance is found, the tenant must pay the fixed fee voluntarily or the same amount will be deducted from the deposit amount.

WC: The bathroom at check-in is delivered properly cleaned and sanitized, with the damage reported in the user manual provided in the motorhome, as well as the toilet cassette emptied and cleaned with painless chemical added diluted in water at the recommended dosage, ready for use. At check-out, it must be returned emptied and washed (in long-term rentals, a chemical cleaning can will be provided indicating the dosage to be used). If non-compliance is found, the tenant must pay the fixed fee voluntarily or the same amount will be deducted from the deposit amount.

Diesel: At check-in, the motorhome is delivered with a full tank of fuel, so that you can travel more easily and head to your destination without having to worry about finding a gas station. However, we expect it to be delivered to us in the same condition. If non-compliance is detected, the tenant must pay the fixed fee voluntarily or the same amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Kitchen utensils and equipment: The rental includes kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans), all of which are recorded in the inventory of utensils delivered. These must be returned properly cleaned, as they were received. Cleaning utensils and detergents will also be provided to ensure complete cleaning, as well as garbage bags to be placed in the container, which must be emptied before check-out. If non-compliance is detected, the tenant must pay the fixed fee voluntarily or the same amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Viaverde: Our motorhome has a Viaverde system for greater convenience at motorway toll booths, and there is always the option of paying manually by stopping at the barriers, excluding toll booths (which are debited directly from the associated account). In this way, the deposit will be recorded and discounted from the amount.

Accident or breakdown: The tenant must contact the contracted insurance company indicated on the platform or policy provided, as well as contact us using the contact details provided in order to ensure greater agility in the process.

Extras: All requested extras must be delivered as received, in good working order and clean. If non-compliance is verified, the tenant must pay the fixed fee voluntarily or the same amount will be discounted from the amount of the deposit.

* In case of non-compliance, voluntary payment of the fees will be requested at check-out. If this is not done or can only be determined later, the amount of the deposit will be deducted. 50% of this deposit will be paid at check-out and the remainder after 8 days as a safeguard.

Final note

- Delivery available in Viana do Castelo or nearby, delivery can also be made to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport or Porto or Braga train station for an agreed price.
